-Child's birth certificate must be provided at the time of Baptismal registration.
Click Here to download our baptismal sponsor application- Sponsor(s) must provide proof of sacraments.
- Single (not married) sponsor must have all sacraments up to confirmation & sponsor form must come with permission statement from priest of their home parish.
- Married sponsors must be married by the Catholic Church, and provide proof of sacraments at the time of registration along with the permission statement from the priest of their home parish.
Note: Registration will not be completed until all documents are on file. At that time, a baptism date may be chosen.Forms must be dropped off in person at the Church Office, 3423 Rojo St. Corpus Christi, TX
